I would not recommend getting a home inspection from Dan Solomon. MAJOR and OBVIOUS structural damage to joists in my home's crawlspace was completely missed by Dan, without a single mention in the crawlspace section of the report (he merely recommended a vapor barrier). He either lied about going in or should not be doing home inspections. Missed an obvious and dangerous gas leak on a home I was purchasing that required professional remediation. Was very defensive and told me the leak couldn't have been detected because of "a box in the way".
Dan Solomon was recommended to us by our realtor and we couldn't be more happy with his inspection. Very knowledgeable and friendly and he quickly sent us a comprehensive report on the home. Highly recommend!
