DO NOT waste your time trying to get any health care services, this is the worst company . They do not even show up when you have an appointment. They couldn’t care less about doing their job , all they do is watch your tv and have you sign their I-pad so they can collect from peoples health. The muse does not even take your vitals. The physical therapist does absolutely nothing to help you walk. They should be shut down.
You DO NOT want to have anything to do with this guardian home health company, they do not come when they are scheduled to come, they do not do the services they are paid to do by insurance, they refuse to return calls , they are not the least but interested in doing their job. They send in a social worker to condemn your home and insult all of your family members, they lie and say that you have ROACHES in your home, then they report you to elder protection services !!!!!!! I had to fire them, they are horrible.
