Such an incredible company to hire when you’re buying your first home, they will work hard to inspect the place really carefully and walk you through every step highly recommend
Sean Campbell performed our home inspection when purchasing a home. He had a bad back that day so not sure he could even perform the inspection fully...however, the issues we had were with multiple windows where the wood frame was completely rotted along with two sliding doors. When we reached out afterwards (at the recommendation of our closing attorney and realtor), Sean replied that he stands by his work, was defensive without hearing out the situation and stated that he would do nothing to compensate this.
