This company has serviced my family home for over 20 years. They helped us in a clinch last year when my dad was in his last days and our AC did not work. He got us a good deal on a refurbished unit and installed it over the winter, that unit has lost all of its refrigerant. Absolutely Outstanding Service! My central air went out on the hottest day of the year, and after trying several other HVAC companies—with no luck getting through or being stuck on hold—I was starting to lose hope. Wonderful experience - Bob was professional, honest, and showed himself to be a true expert in the field. He saved the day on one of Columbus' hottest days of the year (104 heat index!) and within several minutes had our AC back up and running and was able to modify/adapt a rare part in our system to get it back up and operable. I had Bob work on my furnace a couple times before. My furnace was from 1991, it finally had a good run. In the process I also let him know my AC has never worked since i moved in in 2013. He went above and beyond to see if he couldn't pinpoint the issue with that as well. Bob was adamant in trying to save both but also helped quote me on a new furnace and AC per my request. Bob was absolutely wonderful! Easy to talk to, extremely friendly, and very professional. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the exact part on hand needed to repair and replace. We went from no air all weekend to cool air within 10 minutes of him showing up! He was willing to talk to me about what he was doing, and explain anything I didn't understand! Thanks again, Bob!
