I booked an appointment for rekeying and paid an upfront deposit. The tech arrived but didn’t finish the work because he said he needed a different keyway; I was charged the full deposit and the company dragged their feet to refund the remainder. Terrible transaction handling.
Needed new keyfobs cut and programmed for my 2015 Camaro. After months of back and forth with hardware, auto stores, and BatteriesPlus, Randy gave me a reasonable price point and a 30-minute wait to get not one, but TWO new fobs cut and programmed. So, I swung through, sat and did some book work for church and barely made it half-way through the work before he was up and done. Both work perfectly. Thanks again for saving me a huge headache, guys.
