I went in to get replacement keys for my car because this place was recommended to me. Went in and Randy helped me. He starts programming my keys and then comes and gets me because the door latch broke after he used the new key, ( I took my car in just a couple of days ago to a mechanic to have a full check up and he used our key and had no problem.) I come out and he had taken my door apart and told me which part he broke and said he would charge me $238 for labor to install the new part. Also, I would have to go to the car... read more
