I called Guardian on Monday and Tuesday as I was having a problem with my garage door. It is now Friday and never got a call back. I left messages on both days. Very disappointed.
This place is really great,timely.friendly and very reasonably priced.Called them for a door that wasn't close,the while on the phone the representative offered a few possible fixes.Which was different from most places,most companies would simply set up an appointment for the sake of making money.The technician came within a reasonable time frame and explained the problem.He explained the problem in a way that you understand all aspects of the repair.
When my garage door was unable to open, I was able to get an appointment for the following day. Brian called prior to his arrival and was able to finish the repairs in less than an hour. He was very detailed and clarified everything that would need to be done prior to finishing the work.top notch.
I cannot thank Guardian Garage Door Service and Brian enough for responding swiftly to fix my broken garage door. A few days later the opener went out and he came out, replaced the opener and made sure everything was operating precisely. Very sensible cost and he was detailed in making sure it was done perfectly. Thank you!!
