I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this oil company after being a loyal customer for five years. I placed an oil delivery order on 2/9 with delivery date of 2/11. By 2/12 — heading straight into a holiday weekend — the oil had still not been delivered. There was no proactive communication, no urgency, and absolutely no guarantee that my order would be fulfilled in a timely manner. The only updates I received were when I took it upon myself to call. Supplied oil at the going rate. During oil shortage due to cold snap, they supplied within 4 days to a new customer when others were scheduling over a week. Responded to a customer service call outside of normal business hours. I would use them again.
