Guys do not care about other’s equipment or work and destroys it had multiple tool destroyed their guys do not do good work and will ruin other trades work terrible company

Guardian Protection Plan will not honor the five year protection plan we purchased. guardian has the invoice number and a copy of the Protection Plan contract. I am not able to provide them a copy of the original invoice because the furniture was a gift from my mother and she has since passed away. I have contacted the furniture store several times requesting a copy of the invoice, as Guardian instructed, and the store is telling me they sent a copy of the invoice to Guardian the day of purchase. I had a sprinkler head in my bedroom that is part of a fire protection system that appeared to be leaking. I called Chris form Guardian Fire Protection to come out and fix it. He went directly to the sprinkler head and replaced it and charged us $330.00. Then he stated that he had to go up in the attic because he thought there may be a leak still.
