They need better customer service for returns
Taking the Train the Trainer Competent Person classes this week. I am surrounded by top notch students from all trades of construction and two Guardian employees. Not to mention Douglas the instructor. The employees know their products, the other students know their fields, and Douglas is a great conductor informing us and fine tuning us while making us mesh.
