I had a very disappointing experience with this EMT program. The biggest issue for me was the lack of support when I actually needed it. After I got into an accident, I reached out for help and did not receive the response or support I expected from a program that is supposed to prepare students for emergency medical situations. Thank you, Sam and Orvis, for allowing me to join your EMT classes. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet such hardworking and knowledgeable EMS instructors—Trey, Mark, Brandon, and Jocelyn. The in-person experience has greatly helped me better understand this career path. The real-life scenarios, hands-on skills, and practical training made the learning process especially valuable. I truly appreciate all that you do.

I took the Accelerated EMT course at GEMS and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The program was well organized, communication was great, and the facility was clean with easy parking. Treyson and Nikole were outstanding instructors, knowledgeable, inspiring, and truly passionate about teaching. The staff and environment are friendly and supportive. Highly recommend GEMS to anyone considering EMT training.

My husband had a medical emergency and had to be moved to another hospital and this is the company that moved him. I didn't pick them, the hospital did. Now, I get a bill for 57% of the total bill because they don't accept the reasonable and customary amount my insurance paid and that's how much over the allowed amount they charge. Absolutely ridiculous!
