Easy to book the garage door service, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
The initial appointment was brief, but the issue couldn’t be resolved as several slats required replacement. I promptly paid a 50% deposit for the custom parts. Over the next four weeks, I received no direct communication from the company, despite following up twice by phone. Eventually, they emailed a date and time for installation, but upon arrival, the slats were incorrectly sized. It took another week before the shutter was finally repaired. I cannot recommend Guardian Doors enough. I have used them for many years and recently had to call them out urgently when the spring on my garage door snapped and trapped my car inside. I needed to get my car out so I could get my son from school and the team at Guardian did everything possible to get me someone asap to help.
