Not the bank you think it is
STAY AWAY- I now understand why this dumpster fire of a credit union has such low reviews. I applied for a car loan, they dinged my credit, approved me, and then on the day I was supposed to close on the loan they said they "couldn't verify my address" and denied me. A complete waste of time, and now my credit score is lower because of them. I would give another bank, any other bank your business.
Mariah was Amazing!!! I came in so upset she took the time to explain everything to me.. made sure I understood. Gave me great help.Truly an asset to this location/company. I thank her for all her help.
Guardians loan officer Sakhone is phenomenal. She is excellent at her job. Whatever Guardian is paying her is not nearly enough. She helped me with my loan application and worked with me throughout the whole process. She is a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond. I'm am more than satisfied.
Shout out to Manager Mariah Mack for her great help in figuring out my joint account after my husband passed away. It was all very confusing, but she took the time to assist me in the process. Thank you kindly.
