I have an account with another credit union who allows deposits and withdrawals eligible partnered credit unions. So I called this location three minutes before arriving to confirm I could do a withdrawal here from my account at their partner credit union (this location is listed at a shared member services union). The person I spoke with told me that that was possible, however, when I arrived I was told that they cannot complete the transaction because they only allow withdrawals from accounts at their union.
