They keep losing documents I submit, which means multiple trips to their bank, which is currently difficult for me to do. Everytime I call I get different answers and that's if I get an answer to a problem at all. There have been a number of times I've been told "I don't know" with no follow-up. It doesn't seem like the people there are all on the same page when it comes to their own rules and policies.

the employees have always been amazing, when i don’t understand financial issues they sit down with me and help me to the best of thier ability I have dealt with many credit unions. I would recommend this one
I wish I could find out who the President/CEO of this bank is because I would love to discuss a few issues I am having with this bank.
Sommer Stroud is an awesome employee. I think she deserve to be the EMPLOYEE OF YEAR. Sommer goes out of her way to help us members
Drive-Thru was extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes for me to pay my car note. At least the teller was nice.
Have had 2 great experiences through this credit union financing my vehicle. Mrs Ashley Richter was of GREAT help and assisted me through the entire process! Highly recommend
