The patients need to be checked on around the clock. I have visited my mother and was there 1 1/2 hour before anyone came in to check on her. Twice my sister have visited and she was laying in bed with nothing on not even a diaper. And when my family or my mom complain then management threat to kick her out. Yeah they actually told my siblings that, mom can't be satisfied. My God she's an old lady and have physical and mental illness yet that all the patients in the nursing home.
