Gary came out to evaluate a leak in our basement and took the time to explain all the possible causes and best courses of action even if it didn’t lead to a sale for him - he was very honest and thorough in his assessment, would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Gary and his team at Guardian worked fast and with as little disruption as possible. They were on time each day and worked hard to complete the job as quickly and effectively as possible. We are pleased with our results. Lanny was great! Pricing was excellent compared to competitors. I highly recommend this service if you’re in need of basement work due to water or water damage.
An update from June 2021 - Detroit suffered from an unbelievable amount of rain over the latter two weeks in June 2021. I inspected my basement with a fair amount of trepidation.
