Bad Service – First of all they estimated a week for my repairs which turned into more than 2 weeks. My car sat untouched for a whole week and the reason I know this is because I went back to get something out of it, only to see it in the same spot it was in when I dropped it off. Waiting for Godot! – My wife and I felt like we were held hostage by this shop. They had our car over six weeks. We came in to check on the car after three weeks and they showed us the car with a few pieces removed. What had they done in those three weeks? We were repeatedly told, "next week" only to be disappointed over and over again.
