No show first scheduled appointment. No show on the rescheduled appointment. Finally showed up the 3rd time after having my mother sit at home for 3 days waiting for window repair and having to survive without our family transportation for 4 days. The technician was great and the work was great. The service experience was awful. Courteous staff and quick turn around on my windshield repair. Very flexible with scheduling your repair and they showed up on time. My installer was professional and did a great job on replacing my windshield. If the need arises Guardian Auto Glass will be my first call.
