I had to get my windshield replaced, called my insurance and they had the glass company called me. Nancy called me and help me out, order the glass with me on the phone right on the spot and got the option to get a factory windshield, I was shock and of course I prefer factory even if I had to pay the difference. anyway they change the glass and if like nothing ever happened. I'm very happy with their service and recommend this company to anyone.
Our business need a windshield replaced ASAP. Guardian Auto Glass was the ONLY company locally that was able to accommodate us. From the "Sandy" that makes the appts (among other things) to the tech that came out, we received UNBELIEVABLE Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE! And the price was WELL below their competitors. Believe it or not by the time the tech was finished with one windshield, within hours we had to call them BACK to replace another windshield.
