Pharmacist has charged the cost/mark-up difference on the cost of the medication and asked to submit to the personal spending account through my insurance plan. When I filled the same rx at another pharmacy there was no difference charged as they abided to ODB restrictions. Since its a hospital pharmacy it would benefit patient if they abide to ODB coverage for patient who are in rush to get the medication when in hospital.

The team at this location is fabulous! I had hip surgery at Southlake and had some questions about the medications I was taking. Pharmacist Sam was incredible and answered all my questions, even when I called weeks after my surgery. Really appreciate all the help and the great service! Thank you so much
