If I could give them a "10" I would. My mom was in a larger facility in Brooksville and was not receiving the one on one care she needed. I always thought that the bigger the facility the better but I was wrong. In a smaller facility , like Guardian ALF, it is more of a "homey" feeling. They provide home cooked meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and also do daily activities with the residents (i.e Bingo, cards, etc). I brought my dear friend to Spring Hill from Mass. She needed a place where she she could be well cared for and feel like part of a family. She had been taken advantage of by a person she thought she could trust. Elaine and her staff have gone beyond just providing the essentials for my friend. They care about her and are meeting her needs. She is feeling more secure every day. I am thankful for people like Elaine and her staff.
They are great people. They really care about their patients. Can't wait to come to the birthday party next week.
