This company only care about cutting cost to put more money in the pockets of Ian Sanders and Kristie Young. If you have a maintenance issue and if they think it cost too much your issue will not get resolved. I have witnessed it for myself. Ian Sanders is very confrontational and unprofessional and money hungry. He would rather get a bonus for himself opposed to maintaining the property. Guardian has broken into my house twice.. First time I was away for a few days dealing with family issues. And they broke into my house and stole about 3 grand worth of electronics. They also stole all my toilet paper and $600 in cash and recipients from me making mortgage payments. On top of my girlfriends insulin and needles for her insulin.
