This company reportedly owns a property on the corner of my neighborhood, and the neglect shown toward its upkeep is a clear reflection of its standards. The lawn is consistently unmaintained, with backyard grass growing so tall it’s visible over the fence. The front yard in the same condition. ER EXPRESS that is the original AMS Through Preston group who left subcontractors in the dust , VOK Earnie etc … There is no words to describe…at the end they threw a BONE $5k for $45k work done and changed the name to Guardian…
This company came into our home marked it as "vacant", changed my locks, and winterized my toilets!! My husband and I work out of town and are on the middle of getting our home leveled because it was sliding off of the blocks. Today our contractor called us and sent the exact same pics showing on all of these other reviews. I don't understand how this is even legal?!? We contacted our mortgage company and they are saying that these folks are a 3rd party company they use for vacat
I had to file a police report against Guardian Asset Mgmt as they broke into my house without authorization and out my future tenants. They haven’t picked up the phone when calling numerous times all week. They are not recommended and no mortgage companies or homeowners should use this company. I rate a -10/5.
Don't hire them. Neglectful. Very hard to reach. 1 month later. Phone operator doesn't even know their privacy policies to state correctly.
