I’ve called several times to get someone to come out for an inspection. They said someone accepted it but the person doesn’t have a number at all. It’s been over a week. It’s delaying my process
I am trying to get an home inspection executed.....someone will call me and when i answer the call, they hang up. this has been going on for 3 weeks now.
September 26, 2024. My home flooded from hurricane Helene. Through Loan Care I have been restoring my home for my insurance claim money each phase required an inspection and they use guardian asset management out of the three inspections two of them went well. The last inspection found my house at 70% and that inspector was a joke. Doing the lord's work
Putting this as a one star honestly would put no stars but can’t. The reason behind this rating is because during the time of me paying off my loan, which I’m currently still doing had an accident the house was vacant. My mortgage company hired this third-party property management. My mortgage company Hired them to make sure the property was vacant.
