I own my house outright. There is no mortgage lender, bank, etc that could contract out with this company. I did not contract out with this company. The home is currently for sale. I stopped by today to find two of their signs taped across the door like police crime scene tape which certainly would dissuade any potential buyers from entering. Beware of this company. I went on vacation and the left a notice on the front door of my home which said vacant, when i was away and also in the process selling the property. They had workers entering the property as if it was vacant and it wasn't. All the copper and pipes were removed, I then had to cover the damages to the buyer because we were closing the day after the theft. 10,0000 dollars in damages. If I could give them a -100 I would. HORRIBLE customer service. First of all the never answer their phones and take weeks before scheduling an appointment. The first inspector came out and turned in the wrong report to my mortgage company which resulted in a one month delay of our payment. I am now trying to set up a final inspection with a fraud company. How are they even around???
On my street they have a vacant house that is under their ownership. They do not take care of it. This house is the only house on the block that is empty the backyard is a mess they do not take care of this property. My realtor was trying to get a hold on them to try and work out a deal so she could sell the house but got nothing out of calls and email and texts! So unreliable! They will not work with realtors!
