Putting this as a one star honestly would put no stars but can’t. The reason behind this rating is because during the time of me paying off my loan, which I’m currently still doing had an accident the house was vacant. My mortgage company hired this third-party property management. My mortgage company Hired them to make sure the property was vacant. If I could give zero stars I would! They will not keep the grass cut. They don't cut the entire lawn. They do not keep the property up. They will not return phone calls. They "lost" property in their system and said they didn't realize they were supposed to be maintaining it. I could keep going but I think you get the gist.
This company reportedly owns a property on the corner of my neighborhood, and the neglect shown toward its upkeep is a clear reflection of its standards. The lawn is consistently unmaintained, with backyard grass growing so tall it’s visible over the fence. The front yard in the same condition. ER EXPRESS that is the original AMS Through Preston group who left subcontractors in the dust , VOK Earnie etc … There is no words to describe…at the end they threw a BONE $5k for $45k work done and changed the name to Guardian…
This company came into our home marked it as "vacant", changed my locks, and winterized my toilets!! My husband and I work out of town and are on the middle of getting our home leveled because it was sliding off of the blocks. Today our contractor called us and sent the exact same pics showing on all of these other reviews. I don't understand how this is even legal?!? We contacted our mortgage company and they are saying that these folks are a 3rd party company they use for vacat
