My home is sold and new owners close in two days they come for the final walkthru and a note is on the door they are going to change locks freaking out the new owners. I work for a law firm so they touch my property I will file suit. The note says it’s vacant of course it is it’s sold! The under contract sign in the yard gives it away. This company is idiots who of course don’t answer their phone.
Stay clear of this business! It’s been close to two months trying to get an inspection on my home. My Assumption is this company contracts with other companies for inspections. This business will call multiple times and harass you about giving an update on an appointment with the inspector. Clearly there is a lack of communication between this business and the inspectors. They will not answer the phone and they have taken over a house near me and left it to fall in. Terrible!
Scare tactic. Are you just getting information from zillow, etc. A mortgage company would send certified mail to the borrower, numerous times; prior to posting information on a borrower's door. Are you trespassing; are you authorized to solicit information from someone who did not employ your services? Are you operating legally and ethically?
I've wasted time on hold just to have to leave multiple messages they haven't responded to.
