Since July of 2025 my home was winterized due to me being pregnant and not being able to cut my grass so it got too high and they labeled my property as "vacant". I have called 3 times now trying to let them know the property is not vacant and that I need my water turned back on. They said they would do it and have yet to do it after 2 months. I've had to go elsewhere for anything I need water for. They also went inside my home without permission to do this. I now have cameras because of this!!
This company reportedly owns a property on the corner of my neighborhood, and the neglect shown toward its upkeep is a clear reflection of its standards. The lawn is consistently unmaintained, with backyard grass growing so tall it’s visible over the fence. The front yard in the same condition. Items such as shoes have remained in front of the garage for over a year, contributing to an overall appearance of disregard, neglect and decay. It’s unsightly and unacceptable. I’ve called several times to get someone to come out for an inspection. They said someone accepted it but the person doesn’t have a number at all. It’s been over a week. It’s delaying my process
I am trying to get an home inspection executed.....someone will call me and when i answer the call, they hang up. this has been going on for 3 weeks now.
September 26, 2024. My home flooded from hurricane Helene. Through Loan Care I have been restoring my home for my insurance claim money each phase required an inspection and they use guardian asset management out of the three inspections two of them went well. The last inspection found my house at 70% and that inspector was a joke.
