UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!! I don’t know if anybody Is actually working in this office. To get my therapy renewed, they told me I needed a new doctor’s order which I then did virtually. My doctor’s office sent them the order. I didn’t hear from them, so I called to check on the status. They told me that my insurance denied coverage.. Why are you refusing to pay your staffing agencies? You rely on their services for OT and PT staffing, yet you disappear when it's time to settle invoices. Just wait until your state surveys come around; your agencies will be reported for this blatant disregard. Enjoy your deceptive practices while they last!
I’ve been waiting for two weeks to start therapy. Someone came for one day for like five minutes and left and nobody else has came back out to even try to start therapy and I have had both need total replacement. I just wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone
The people they sent were okay but when they went on vacation no replacements were sent. This happened twice, and when the third person showed up, he stayed for ten minutes before saying he couldn't help and abandoned my mother in law. Truly unprofessional.
