Everyone in the office is fantastic. Kind hearted, knowledgeable and dedicated to patient satisfaction. Everyone you speak to have a smile on their face and kind word for you.
The only reason we was continuing services at this agency is because of everyone but the regional manager. The office and company would be so much without the negativity. I had a caregiver break down in tears because of the disrespect she felt calling the office and expressing her feelings and concerns about certain clients and family members she would rather not work with. Employees should be able to reach out to management without feeling like there would be repercussions.
