Terrible Experiences - Steer Clear! – Though I appreciated the service and attention to my pets by the employees of the company, it was not enough to overcome the distasteful experience I had dealing with Guardian Angel's owner and main contact person. He was unreliable and inattentive. I had to call him THREE times before he returned my initial calls about using his service. That should have been a big enough red flag in the first place. To Whom It May Concern – Very professional. Dogs loved them. Felt very comfortable leaving my babies in their care. Very good procedures and follow up. Report card was appreciated. Told me what I needed to know.
