I wish I could give Guardian Angel Home Health Care Services zero stars because that’s exactly what they deserve. My experience with this company was beyond awful, and I strongly urge anyone in need of home health care to look elsewhere. After undergoing surgery just three days prior, I was in urgent need of wound care. The company sent a nurse named Stephanie Riley, who was not only two hours late but also incredibly unprofessional. Guardian Angel has provided my father with excellent care. They are in constant communication with the VA when issues arise. Ms. Lilly, the nursing director, has been my father’s guardian angel!! Any problem my dad has, she somehow finds a solution for it and I can’t thank her enough.
