This place is absolute garbage. It is an embarrassment that it is still open. There is an elderly that went to the hospital due to mal nutrition DUE to the home health agents provided the services THEY ARE REQUIRED AND PAID TO DO. This is an embarrassment establishment. If I could report to the DOH I would. The manager MELISSA is careless and shouldn’t be employed she tells customer extremely rude and unprofessional things … what a disgrace.
We have used Guardian Angel for two years. The caregivers are courteous, hard working and accommodating. I would highly recommend their services. They are a step above other agencies, Melissa in the office has been a blessing to work with.
