Veronica picked up my call and was in a way rude, I was calling to make sure where my mom had an appointment, she kinda judge me on why I did not know my mom DOB. No reason to question someone over that, yall need to keep it professional. And when confirming please provide to the patient the location on where there going to be at, since it’s multiple locations.
