Elizabeth was extremely helpful with my problem today here at extra space storage off of hwy 3. I forgot my gate code password and also did not know extra space had an app with all my information like gate password. She quickly gathered my info and gave me what I needed. She also went the extra miles to help me setup my extra space storage account! I would not have been able to do so without her help. Krista and Derek are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this location. The grounds are clean and the staff is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly!
Krista is very helpful with our service needs. She is great. She helped getting our two security lights repaired near our storage spot. The area is well maintained and clean. We did not give them 5 stars due to management eagerness to raise rental costs too often.
Great customer service! Forgot my gate code and without any trouble Elizabeth was able to provide me with the access code without hesitation and a smile on her face! Storage room is always fresh and so far, rodent free!
