Krista is very helpful with our service needs. She is great. She helped getting our two security lights repaired near our storage spot. The area is well maintained and clean. We did not give them 5 stars due to management eagerness to raise rental costs too often.

We stopped by this facility to see what our options were for sizes of units and pricing. Krista greeted us immediately and was very friendly and so helpful. She answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable. We were impressed with her service and willingness to help. Would definitely recommend renting from here.
