Elizabeth was extremely helpful with my problem today here at extra space storage off of hwy 3. I forgot my gate code password and also did not know extra space had an app with all my information like gate password. She quickly gathered my info and gave me what I needed. Great customer service! Forgot my gate code and without any trouble Elizabeth was able to provide me with the access code without hesitation and a smile on her face! Storage room is always fresh and so far, rodent free!
Krista was super helpful in being proactive about giving me a call about my rates. She was sweet, considerate and patient while on the phone and she really helped me out! Great management here!
