I contacted Guard Pest Control two weeks ago about a ground nest of Yellow Jackets that had established itself in front of our home near our front door. They were able to book an appointment for me only two days later for first thing in the morning. Communication prior to their arrival was great and I received a text notification that they were about 20 minutes away. Christian arrived on time and we spoke briefly about the issue. The office was very helpful and got me scheduled quickly. The tech kept me informed of his arrival time, and was quick and professional. And my yellowjackets are gone - yay!
This is the 2nd time we’ve had someone come from Guardian Pest Control. As was the case with the first tech, this one also came at the designated time, was cordial, explained what he would do, and answered questions I had. The only difference is that the first time about a year ago required more time in order to fully solve the problem and this time today was quite short and simple.
