Definitely a positive first experience and I recommend Guard Pest as a go to first choice .Prior to contacting Guard I attempted to contact 3 other services .Unfortunately got poor automated telphone runaround , or, no contact person or return calls despite these advertised " 56 yes to > 100 years in the business".
