Lights have not worked above my storage unit for over two months. Multiple calls have only resulted in broken promises. Refund I was offered did not occur. Just rent someplace else until this operation gets new management or is sold.
I have used their storage facilities off and on for several years. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I have rented units along the outside of the facility with exterior doors. I currently am renting an indoor unit. The facility has been well-maintained and their prices are competitive!
