Working with Nat has been nothing short of spectacular. She helped me bring my vision to life for my engagement ring, and I couldn’t be happier! She was so communicative, accommodating, flexible, patient, and so engaged throughout the process. I felt like she took my ideas and treated them so special by helping me find the unique gem I was looking for. Will definitely be going back to work with her for my partners and I’s wedding bands and future jewelry to come!
Nat is absolutely incredible from start to finish. She helped me customer design this with a special added touch of an engraving for my fiancée and I am in love with it. After moving to Florida and a new climate my ring wasn’t fitting quite right anymore and she was always so willing to go back and forth with me to get it resized until it was perfect!
I have had my Rolex cleaned and serviced before in Chicago. But I never saw my watch look so good or expertly serviced as this company did, they went to great lengths to make a 40 year old watch look like it was introduced to the public today. If you value your expensive watches or rings you will not get service from anyone else like the service this company afforded me or the personal care given by it’s owner to me.
Nat made me the most beautiful ring! My husband gifted me an upgrade for our 10year anniversary and he couldn’t say enough about how much he loved working with her to design my ring. He told me about how much care and attention to detail she took when selecting me the most sparkly perfect diamond. You can see the rainbow in it! My husband surprised me with a 16 year anniversary upgrade. I AM IN LOVE!! Nat took what was already my most cherished jewelry piece, to a whole new level. She was even able to put my original diamond on a necklace for me. I am grateful for how beautifully done my ring is and I haven’t been able to stop staring at it. Thank you!!!
