This is my 4th RV purchase and I should have known better; but I wired the entire balance due for our purchase and signed the paperwork before all of the items we agreed would be repaired prior to delivery we’re complete. After they had my money, and I signed the paperwork, I no longer existed. It took three days of me raising hell before I could leave with the travel trailer. The staff was very professional and I feel like I got the best deal for my money. I didn't feel rushed and the sales associates listened to what I had to say. They satisfied any concerns I had.. It's nice to have a dealership honor a warranty package. I have purchased several extended warranties over the years; and, I have had to fight for coverage. I usually won but, not without conflict.
