This is my 4th RV purchase and I should have known better; but I wired the entire balance due for our purchase and signed the paperwork before all of the items we agreed would be repaired prior to delivery we’re complete. Went to have side out problem diagnosed. Was told it would be more wise to buy a new travel trailer from them, than to have it repaired. Now that may or may not have been true, but they knew that I and my 13 year old son were on a 5 month trip and to me, this is a despicable way to meet a down sales quota for the month. The staff was very professional and I feel like I got the best deal for my money. I didn't feel rushed and the sales associates listened to what I had to say. They satisfied any concerns I had..
