We purchased our home and part of the deal was that the seller would replace the roof. Dennis w/ Guaranty Roofing handled the job. The roof looks great but within a few weeks, we noticed what looked like mold forming on our ceiling. We had Dennis come back out and he confirmed a nail had been driven in at a bad angle which was allowing water in/under the ridge vent. This was during the long perior without rain.
