Hands down an amazing experience. As a first time home buyer the process was daunting, however Jackie was there every step of the way. We needed a certain load type for the place we were trying to get and Jackie said we couldn't get that type of loan. Have I ever met a more dedicated and friendly person as Jackie? I think not. Her and her team really went to town to get me financed and closed in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly. They really made it easy and stress free. Able to meet when needed and the communication was outstanding. They always answered all my questions and never made me seem like I was a bother to them. Jackie is AMAZING and working with her was wonderful experience!!! She is organized and knowledgeable and also a warm and friendly person.
