I would like to highly recommend Ms. Jackie Toppin of Guaranty Mortgage. My husband joined the military in 2022 and we relocated to Anchorage from Guam. We met Ms. Jackie around March of 2023. Jacki is the best! She has a great amount of knowledge and experience. She's an advocate for her clients. All our questions were answered, never left us feeling unsure about a document or the process. We highly recommend her!
Hands down an amazing experience. As a first time home buyer the process was daunting, however Jackie was there every step of the way. She put us in contact with an amazing real estate agent and the two of them worked tirelessly to put is in a dream home. I cannot recommend GMS and Jackie enough. If I could give 500 stars I would!

We needed a certain load type for the place we were trying to get and Jackie said we couldn't get that type of loan. Have I ever met a more dedicated and friendly person as Jackie? I think not. Her and her team really went to town to get me financed and closed in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly. They really made it easy and stress free. Able to meet when needed and the communication was outstanding. They always answered all my questions and never made me seem like I was a bother to them.
