I've been waiting 8 years and put three applications in 4 Avondale Apartments. I have had to pay $25 per application fee. I'm a disabled woman trying to find a forever home with the lower rent. Due to a low credit score from a nasty divorce I keep getting denied which is very unfair because I know several people that live in these apartments that have bad credit.
