Very unprofessional business. Do not trust any tellers, be sure to communicate with someone above them. Closed an account in February. Was handed money from the account and told it was closed. Come May, we get a letter that the account was not closed and we were overdrafted from the charges of owning the account. They made us pay the fees, even though it was thier error and could not even close the account before I left the bank. Charged me an overdraft fee even after i closed the account,went up there and was told the account was never closed.
