This bank is extremely frustrating. You’re required to change your password every month, which honestly feels more likely to cause security issues than prevent them. On top of that, the app frequently doesn’t work. The employees are great and very helpful, but the company itself is disappointing. I’ve been with this bank for five years, and it’s been nothing but ongoing problems. I would not recommend this bank.
Excellent customer service. Friendly environment
First off I want to make it clear, Anthony (who works at this location) is the only reason I am rating this bank more than 1 star. He was great and personally called me after the fact to verify my needs were met. He was great and I want to make that very clear. Poor service at the Nixa location, I waited while the tellers did what appeared to be busy work for over 5 minutes
Big shout out to staff at the Nixa branch. Great location to do business and work side by side with local businesses.
