I’ve been in the Real Estate business for 22 years. This is the very worst Title Company in Maryland. Stay away!

Remote settlement at a realtors office scheduled for the 2nd time at 11:00 AM. Both seller and buyer sitting and waiting for Guaranteed trust title to show up. They finally arrived at 12:00 PM. We asked both Marcie and Ashley for a HUD, prior to settlement, several times with no response. We saw the settlement sheet for the first time at closing.
