Our condo association experienced a significant back-up in our sanitary system. I called Guaranteed Rooter Service. Answering service picked up the call and said I'd hear back from them. Jake from GSR called back within 10 minutes and was very helpful. When Jake arrived he diagnosed the issue almost immediately.
