Excellent communication from everyone at Guaranteed Roofing. Competitive quote for a thorough, professional roofing job that went exceedingly well and which was completed by a courteous and professional crew. Roofers were happy to explain the process and to keep us informed of their progress. Job site was kept very clean throughout the process. Highly recommended!

We had a roof installed through sears in 2008. Many of the shingles started to curl. Sears gave us enough money from warranty that we were able to get a new roof in 2011 that is still in great shape as of 2025. The decision was simple. Pay sears a further 10000 for warranty work or settle with them and have guaranteed roofing do a professional job that has stood the test of time and only cost us the settlement amount from Sears.
