We had a roof installed through sears in 2008. Many of the shingles started to curl. Sears gave us enough money from warranty that we were able to get a new roof in 2011 that is still in great shape as of 2025. The decision was simple. Pay sears a further 10000 for warranty work or settle with them and have guaranteed roofing do a professional job that has stood the test of time and only cost us the settlement amount from Sears.
We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Guaranteed Roofing. They responded quickly to our problem, the work was performed efficiently and expertly, and the crew was polite and respectful of our property. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!
Rob inspected my roof and assured me that after 10 years, nothing needed to be done or improved, contrary to another roofer who knocked on my door to inform me that he could see a hole in my roof ! He is honest and trustworthy.
