Jim and his team were very easy to work with. We needed to close quickly and they pulled it all together in time right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Documents were easily uploaded online through their web portal and signatures done through docusign. Our Realtor actually referred us to Jim and we found him to be very honest and open about their process. His rates rates were also better than others we had quoted. I would certainly recommend him.
Not being a first -time homebuyer, I knew what to expect during the loan approval and underwriting processes. However, Jim and team exceeding my expectations by far when compared to my last home buying experience. Everything ran smoothly and we could have closed earlier than agreed upon. It was nice to be able to complete most of the documents electronically to save time at closing and to keep record without burdensome hard copies.
Jim and his team were there for us throughout the mortgage process and right up to closing. They explained everything and kept us on track with all of the requirements.
Jim Moore was an excellent loan officer, setting the right expectations upfront, following through, and his assistant Clark Preston was exceptional when evaluating and requesting additional documentation. Also appreciated the additional support from Amelia Rose, and Amber. Nice to know you have a team in place to navigate the many twists and turns of mortgage financing! Thanks all!
