I am grateful for Carolyn's expertise, advice, work ethics, and knowledge. She goes above and beyond for her clients (treating you as a human being and not just a number), gives great advice/suggestions as one is going through the loan approval process in order to finance for a house, as well as give you things to think about regarding financing choices for future. She is timely and keeps you well informed about the deadlines/concerns/and the the "why" we are doing/asking for certain things as they come up.
