I worked with Mark Whitaker. He does not know what he is doing. I sent him all the information he requested. We received a prequel letter and searched for a home in our price range. After getting a contract on a house the next day Mark says we don’t qualify for the loan. If he had done his job to begin with he would’ve known how much we would qualify for.
