Would not recommend. They tried to be shady and forced us into closing a day earlier than was agreed on in the contract a month prior.
Guaranteed rate is absolutely phenomenal! They got a mortgage loan closed that another lender couldn’t and dedicated themselves to making it happen for us. They saved our transaction. I highly recommend working with Phil Wynkoop, he is so nice, extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with.
Tried buying a home with them in September 2022. Didn't go well. Now they are charging my bank account without permission. Stay clear don't give them any info. Will be placing fraud asap
Just absolutely horrible! Not trustworthy nor dependable. Makes excuses to not close on time.
