Would not recommend a company with such poor marketing tactics. They just blanketed our neighborhood, which clearly has signs posted no solicitation, and then they put their marketing material right next to the sign at my door that also states no solicitation or marketing materials.
We had a fantastic experience with Nolan and his team at Guaranteed Rate. He helped us get an excellent interest rate and low closing costs on our loan. We even got an unexpected additional credit from him at closing. Nolan provided great service throughout the process and made things go as smoothly as possible. It was a great all around experience, and I highly recommend using Nolan for your next mortgage or refinance!
