I used them in 2018 and went back with a refinance in September 2021 when I could have just used the company that Ally contracted with. Definitely a different company. I will not go back with other refinance. First the final price was different than what was quoted on the phone. Second, I'm waiting for my money and they did not send the form for me to get that money with the notary. Now I have to call and track them down for my cash out.
