This company actually maintains your AC and furnace. Extremely trustworthy and reliable and honest. I had a monthly maintenance plan with a different company that only wanted to sell me a new air conditioner. I appreciate Guaranteed Heating and Cooling’s high standards and work ethic.
Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the service was excellent, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services and will definitely use him again in the future.
They were very helpful. One of the hottest days so far this year AC stoppes working and right before holiday. He was there same day!! He came and diagnosed the problem. Everything was taken care of in about 1-1/2 hours. We were back to cool just in time for the 30+ people coming that night and for next several nights. Very reasonable price for the rush. Although everyone hopes to not need them, you know you will, and they will be my first call next time. Thank You Ben!
