I am sorry to hear that some of you had a bad experience at Guaranteed Auto Sales. My experience with Rob back in 2020 was very good. I brought a mini van from the dealership, any problems I had, he took care of it! Fast forward to 2022 I am going back to buy another van. I haven't had any of these issues. I like Rob and he's a great person. Sorry if you didn't recieve the same level of service from the dealership.
Brought a car from this dealership and in less an a week the car cut off while driving and will not come back on. Been calling the owner and came to the shop several times but he hasn’t answered nor has he been at the shop!
Do not buy from here. Pocketed the money that goes towards my tags and title and now I can't get my cars tags and title.
