Excellent!! Within 2 days, a Repairman came and replaced a part in my washing machine. The rubber "bottom" area of 2 small area rugs were DRY AND BRITTLE and separated from the carpet while washing. (It was similar to sand) It clogged and damaged the Spin Cycle mechanism and settled in the bottom of machine's tub. The Repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and replaced the part that was needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I learned a big lesson!!
This is the second time that Glen came out to work on our washer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my washer quickly and gave some recommendations. I would refer this company to anyone. The office staff was also very accommodating looking up a purchase for me from over 6 months ago so I could have the same tech come out.
